I contacted Bill Kehoe after my mother died to try to get an idea of the value of her home with a goal of eventually putting it up for sale. Bill prepared a
detailed comparative market analysis. A couple of my siblings living in the home challenged the valuation saying it was too high. I then got a formal appraisal which varied from Bill’s valuation by only 2.7%. That gave me confidence in Bill‘s ability to properly price a property. In the absence of agreement on the sale Bill was appointed special magistrate by the Circuit Court to sell the property in the face of uncooperative heirs occupying the house he had the house under contract for more than the appraisal within 30 days of his appointment. It closed 37 days later. His competence and professionalism are attested by his results. I would use services again.

I contacted Bill to help me sell a relative's house. She had moved to assisted living and I had to sell her Florida house even though I live in New Jersey. My cousin and I met with Bill who explained the process to us. Most of the communications after that had to be by phone, email and text. Bill communicated with me as necessary in a timely way. Because of the distance challenge, Bill visited my cousin in her new home to get documents signed as needed.
