Bill prepared a detailed comparative market analysis. A couple of my siblings living in the home challenged the valuation saying it was too high. I then got a formal appraisal which varied from Bill’s valuation by only 2.7%. That gave me confidence in Bill‘s ability to properly price a property. In the absence of agreement on the sale Bill was appointed special magistrate by the Circuit Court to sell the property in the face of uncooperative heirs occupying the house he had the house under contract for more than the appraisal within 30 days of his appointment. It closed 37 days later. His competence and professionalism are attested by his results. I would use services again.
